Did you follow an Icertis help link?

Help links do not work unless you have accessed the Help icon from an Icertis instance. Here’s how you can access saved help links or the ones shared with you:

Log on to your Icertis instance

Click the Help icon.

Once you have authenticated access, you will see the Icertis Help Center home page.

You can now access saved help links or links shared with you.

On clicking the link, you should now be able to access the help page.
